This is a casual, part-time, temporary role from the end of October 2025 to April 2026.

WHAT WILLYOUDO?

• Complete snow and ice removal logs through Site Foto’s application.
• Report any maintenance, snow, and ice control problems to the Residential Portfolio Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Statuary holidays.
• Minimum one year of general labor experience.
• Technologically savvy.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driver’s abstract.
• Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
• Must be able to supply your own CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
• Must be organized and be able to work independently.
