We are currently seeking a Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper with a strong work ethic, the desire to be part of a team, and the skills to assist in the maintenance of our rental portfolio in Lethbridge.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Residential Cleaner / Housekeeper is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of our apartment buildings in Lethbridge.

• Cleaning and maintaining common spaces in the buildings
• Move-in/move-out cleanings for apartment units
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting
• Vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, glass, mirrors, etc.
• Cleaning inside and outside kitchen appliances
• Seasonal maintenance needs
• Other cleaning and maintenance duties as required by the Property Manager

• Prior building cleaning / maintenance experience is required
• High attention to detail
• Able to follow direction
• Ability to manage time effectively and independently
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate conversationally in English Team contributor and willingness to learn
