• Produce varied, tasty menus for residents, considering dietary requirements
• Prepare and provide special diets where necessary
• Clean and wash up after meals, maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
• Prepare and serve meals
• Guide and coach kitchen team
• Control and replenish stock
• Manage Food Health and Safety requirements, ensuring documentation is up to date

You will need experience as a Cook, with ability to handle a variety of dietary requirements. Hold all relevant qualifications and Food Hygiene Certificates and be aware of all relevant regulations.
