Navantia UK is growing its operations at our Methil site and we’re looking for an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead pipe fitting activities across our fabrication and shipbuilding projects. This is a hands‑on supervisory role for someone who knows pipework inside out and can lead teams safely and effectively.

The Role

As Piping Supervisor, you’ll manage the pipe fitting team on site, overseeing daily activities to ensure work is delivered safely, to specification and on schedule. You’ll work directly from drawings, resolve issues as they arise and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage the pipe fitting team on site.

Oversee bending, cutting, joining and installation of pipework and fixings.

Read and work from technical and fabrication drawings.

Take ownership of health and safety within your work area.

Identify faults, resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

Ensure quality standards and site procedures are consistently followed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven pipework experience within shipbuilding or heavy manufacturing environments.

Strong ability to read and interpret complex drawings.

Confident leading teams and coordinating daily activities.

Safety-focused with a practical, solutions‑driven approach.
