CDM​/Fire Risk Assessor

A dynamic Construction Consultancy is seeking an H&S / CDM Consultant with Fire Risk Assessment experience to look after projects throughout the Southeast. You will visit sites 2–3 times a week while managing projects across the region. The role offers a high level of flexibility; you manage your own work and can choose whether to work from the social office or remotely.

As a CDM Consultant, you will deliver expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations, attend pre‑start meetings, and coordinate with clients to embed all health and safety considerations early in the design process. Fire Risk Assessments will be included in this role across commercial and educational projects.

• Minimum 2 years in a CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant role (required)
• NEBOSH Construction / General / Fire Certificate (required)
• TechIOSH membership (required)
• Fire Risk Assessment (required)
