Your Role
* Supporting individuals with a range of health needs in their own homes
* Assisting with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation
* Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
* Following personalised care plans and maintaining accurate records
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every visit
* Representing Onpoint Homecare with professionalism, kindness, and reliability
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in care or support work
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
* A kind, professional, and reliable approach to delivering high‑quality care
* A genuine passion for supporting people to live well at home
