Hospice RN On-Call Care & Triage

United Health Group, in partnership with Amedisys, is hiring an Hospice RN On-Call to provide after-hours clinical support, triage patient needs, and coordinate care to ensure continuity and quality outcomes. This role combines remote and field-based nursing to support patients and families.
