We now have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst. The role is perfect for someone who is customer‑driven, technical and passionate about the latest technology. To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365 and the ability to learn about our web‑based line‑of‑business tools. You will also have an understanding of IT hardware and the ability to communicate technical terms in a clear and simple way to our users.

A qualification in IT Service Management or Service Desk Practice would be an asset.
