, we invite you to dive into this crucial night‑shift role. You will be the essential valve regulating the flow of thousands of bathroom products, from luxury loos to contemporary shower kits.
The System Regulator
- Keeping Inventory Shipshape:
Conduct precise, regular stock counts (cycle counting) to maintain system accuracy. Investigate and resolve all discrepancies immediately to prevent 'leaks' in our supply chain. - WMS Data Wizardry:
Become highly proficient in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), accurately tracking the location and movement of every fabulous faucet and bathtub in our catalogue. - Actionable Reports:
Generate clear, detailed reports on stock levels and movement, providing the vital data our commercial teams use to plan for future demand. - Operational Flow:
Work collaboratively with the night Warehouse Team to ensure incoming goods are correctly received, checked against documentation, and efficiently put away in their designated 'rightful place.' - Spick and Span Standards:
Maintain a clean, highly organised, and safe inventory area, which is the foundation of an efficient operation.
- Precision Focus:
You possess an outstanding eye for detail—nothing gets past you. - Numbers:
Comfortable with numbers; able to analyse data and perform accurate calculations quickly. - Tech Savvy:
Experienced in using Warehouse Management Systems and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). - Organisation:
Excellent time management and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple, concurrent inventory tasks. - Reliable Team Player:
Dedicated, reliable, and able to work independently through the night shift while contributing positively to the overall team success.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
- Knowledge of core inventory management principles (e.g., stock rotation, accuracy metrics).
- Forklift License or a commitment to undertake training.

Wednesday - Saturday (Nights) - Hours:
8:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Hourly Rate: 12.70
- Night Premium: +1.81 per hour
- Bonus: £200 per month Attendance Bonus!
