Integration Strategy&Blueprint

• Defineandimplementanend-to-endsolutionarchitecturetoachievebusinessoutcomes.
• Maintainintegrationmaps,dependencymatrices,andreadinessplans.

Cross-Domain Alignment

• Ensureapplicationandinfrastructurearchitecturesalignwithbusinessobjectivesandnon-functional requirements(NFRs).
• Facilitatetrade-offsbetweendomains(e.g.,performancevs.cost) withoutdictatingimplementationdetails.

Delivery Coordination

• Orchestratecross-teamdependenciesandintegrationmilestones.
• Partner with Product Ownersonroadmapalignmentandsequencing .
• Leadimplementationsandclientinteractions.

Governance

• Leadsthecross-functional
  
  Design
  
  Authority.
• Overseechangegovernanceandintegrationreadinessgates.
• Ensureoperationalhandoverplans(runbooks,observability,supportboundaries) areinplace.

What You Will Bring  :

• Domain-specificknowledgeinassetmanagement,capitalmarkets,andfundadministration
• MStechbackground,knowledgeofblockchain / tokenisation / modern technology
• Strongunderstandingofenterprisearchitectureprinciplesandintegrationchallenges.
• Experienceinmulti-systemsolutiondesignandprogram-level coordination.
• Abilitytotranslatebusinessobjectivesintohigh-levelarchitecturalblueprintsandintegrationstrategies.
• Skilledinstakeholdermanagement,facilitationandriskmitigation.
