Job Title: Sales Negotiator (Senior for the right person)
Realistic OTE: up to £38,000
The Company:
A well-established, multi-branch estate agency with a fantastic local reputation and consistently strong reviews. Known for a positive, sociable team culture and doing things the right way.
The Role:
- Registering buyers and matching them to the right properties
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Negotiating offers and supporting the sales progression process
- Building solid relationships with buyers, vendors, and colleagues
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu that week
Requirements:
- Proven experience within estate agency
- Sales progression experience would be a strong advantage
- Driven, ambitious, and commercially minded
- Confident communicator who enjoys closing deals
- Looking to grow within a respected, forward-thinking business
