Our client is a fast‑growing logistics company looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Ocean Export Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As an Ocean Export Coordinator, you will manage the end‑to‑end ocean export process, ensuring shipments are handled smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with international regulations. You will liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver a high level of service and operational excellence.

• Manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to resolve any shipment issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

• Experience:
  
  2-3 years in an ocean export role (preferred)
• Understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and shipping processes
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines effectively
• Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams professionally
• A proactive problem‑solver who understands business needs
