We're working with a well‑established freight forwarder in the Lichfield area who are looking to add an experienced Ocean Freight Forwarder to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone confident in export operations, with knowledge of imports being a real advantage.

Manage end‑to‑end ocean export shipments, including booking, documentation, carrier liaison, and compliance.

Handle key milestones from origin to destination, ensuring all deadlines and client requirements are met.

Prepare and process Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, export declarations, and all relevant shipping documents.

Communicate daily with carriers, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers to keep shipments on track.

Support with import operations when required.
