Overview

Mullagh Houses is a supported living accommodation providing care and support for 16 adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It is situated centrally within Limavady and offers 24‑hour staff support services, 365 days a year, to help tenants develop skills and participate in day‑to‑day decision making.

Essential Criteria
  • QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • 6 months experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
  • Must be currently registered with NISCC or, if new to the sector, must achieve registration within 6 months.
  • Previous experience in administrative duties.
  • Or 2 years experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
  • Must be currently registered with NISCC or, if new to the sector, must achieve registration within 6 months.
  • Previous experience in administrative duties.
  • Must be willing to work towards the completion of relevant qualification.
