Trillium Construction is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for projects near Lincoln, Nebraska. Operators will handle a variety of equipment including backhoes, dozers, and dump trucks, ensuring safe and efficient site operations. Perks & Benefits- Up to $32 per hour
- $178 per diem per day for all 7 days

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial environment
- Proficiency with equipment such as backhoes, dozers, graders, water trucks, and dump trucks
- Strong understanding of equipment safety practices and job site hazards
- Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Experience with Caterpillar (CAT) and John Deere equipment is preferred
