We are currently recruiting for a Medical Secretary on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. This is a full-time, on-site role offered on a 12-week temporary assignment, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage patient appointments, referrals, and clinic schedules.
· Act as first point of contact for patients and external enquiries.
· Prepare and process clinical correspondence and documentation.
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
· Liaise with clinical staff and external providers to support patient care.
· Provide general administrative support to the medical team.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
· Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
