Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Project Co‑Ordinator on a 12‑month rolling contract, based in Lincoln.
Role OverviewThe Project Coordinator will support the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) team by assisting in the planning, coordination, and communication of project activities. This position is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of experience in project management or related fields, who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the planning and coordination of new projects and ongoing activities within the PLM team; support the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines. - Activity Management:
Maintain an activity plan that includes status updates to indicate the timing, priority, and progress of various activities; ensure that all activities are tracked and documented accurately. - Stakeholder Liaison:
Liaise with colleagues involved in various activities as part of the PLM
360 tasks and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. - Resource Coordination:
Assist in managing and coordinating resources with PLM SMEs for workshops and sessions; ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. - Communication:
Communicate progress and successes in project activities to the wider community; prepare and distribute regular updates and reports to stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management activities; contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
