Are you an experienced Estimator? Do you have experience working in the construction industry?

This is a well-established construction company known for its exceptional workplace culture, strong commitment to staff development, and employee retention. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the residential, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. Project values typically range from a few hundred thousand up to £2.5 million, involving both refurbishment and new build developments.

In this role you will work alongside a team of experienced Estimators from the Lincoln office.

To be considered for this role you must have estimating experience in the construction sector and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates looking to relocate to the area will also be considered.

• Preparation of budgets, estimates, and cost plans
• Producing bills of quantities
• Appraising tender documents
