Support Worker Waking Nights

Location:

Swallow Lodge, Lincoln, LN6 8UZ

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours:

35 hours weekly

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will work waking nights and be responsible for providing excellent care to residents. Your duties will include:

  • Administering medication
  • Carrying out personal care tasks
  • Conducting security checks
  • Performing domestic tasks

You will play a vital role in ensuring that residents are safe, comfortable, and happy.

Qualifications & Requirements

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required; step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training will be provided. You will be supported to undertake professional qualifications if desired. Alignment with the Charity’s values is essential.

You must be legally entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom.
