As a Live-In Carer, you will support clients with daily living, promote independence, and help them remain safe, comfortable, and happy s role is ideal for someone with experience in home care, domiciliary care, assisted living, or nursing environments, who is passionate about making a meaningful difference.

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and continence care
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe movement within the home
• Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration
• Support with medication in line with care plans and training
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Encourage social interaction and meaningful activities
• Assist clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s using person-centred approaches
• Carry out light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home
• Monitor wellbeing and report any changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate care records

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in care, home care, senior care, or nursing (preferred but not essential)
• A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of first aid and emergency procedures (training provided)
• Relevant training or qualifications (e.g. dementia care) is an advantage
• A UK driving license is beneficial but not essential
• Right to work in the UK
• Working Pattern: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

• £130.00 to £135.00 per day
• 35p per mile for business mileage
• 28 days’ holiday (pro rata)
