A local government authority in Lincoln is seeking a Head of Governance (Monitoring Officer) to develop governance frameworks. You will ensure compliance with legal obligations, act as a legal adviser, and foster transparency and accountability. The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor or legal executive with extensive public sector experience. This full-time position requires on-site work and occasional travel across Greater Lincolnshire.

Salary is between £75,000 and £85,000, depending on experience.
