Traffic Management Operative – Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire

Red Rock Consultants is partnering with a well‑established client based in Lincoln to recruit Traffic Management Operatives of all levels on an agency basis. The role offers regular and ongoing work for the right candidates.

Qualifications required:
TTMBC and Gate Person / Airlock Controller certification. Trainees or those looking to enter the Traffic Management Industry are welcomed – full on‑site training will be provided, but you must be willing to sit both named courses (at a discounted cost).

Red Rock will assist with obtaining PPE.

Schedule:

Days, nights and weekends available. Minimum 8 hrs paid on days, 10 hrs on nights and weekends. Starting rate £14.05 per hour, paid weekly via CIS.

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Assisting in the yard
• Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management systems
• Providing safe, physical lifting of medium weights and performing safety‑critical tasks
