Salary: £50k-£60k plus company car, bonus, pension, and healthcare

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Manager from Logistics and Operations? Are you a natural leader? Have you managed health and safety? if so, please read on

This role is all about managing logistics, operations and people, the business is growing at a fast rate.

• Financials - full P&L responsibility
• Health & Safety - responsible for the safety at the depot and the safety of the vehicles and drivers at least IOSH qualified, ideally NEBOSH qualified
• Leadership, people management, turning around a challenging operation, making business efficient in its running, engagement with staff and team

You will be a natural leader, an individual that has high standards, and loves work and the challenge work brings. You will need to be strong with P&L, fleet management, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and have a good understanding and interactions with regulatory bodies e.g., HSE and EA. CPC is essential. You will ideally come from a Logistics, Courier, Distribution or Waste Management background
