CNC Programmer​/Setter

Full-Time | Temporary | OWN TRANSPORT PREFERRED - 10 miles away South/East of Lincoln

We’re looking for a capable and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter to join our client's team on a temporary (few months) basis URGENTLY

This is a hands-on role working with a mill, lathe and mill turn with Fanuc control CNC machines.

This role requires someone confident working independently, capable of programming and setting up their own tooling and fixtures.

Experience is essential.

Equipment you will use:

- Mill 3 access Fanuc HMI Control

- Lathe(2 access) and Mill turn(3 access) both Fanuc J Control

Responsibilities:

- Programming and setting all the CNC machines.

- Maintaining tools and inserts, monitor stock levels, and recommend new tooling

- Carrying out basic machine maintenance

- Working independently to meet production needs

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC machining

Good problem-solving and planning skills

Ability to read technical drawings and work to tolerance

Hours & Benefits:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (30min unpaid break)

£16-£20 per hour - depending on experience
