Production Operative

Staffline is recruiting for Production Operatives to work at our client's fruit and stir-fry site, in Bourne (PE10 0AT
).

Transport is available from Peterborough.

The rates of pay are:
- Day shift £12.72 per hour - weekly overtime paid after 44 hours - £15.90 per hour
- Post 12 weeks Bi-weekly overtime paid after 88 hours - £19.08 per hour
- Night shift £14.41 per hour - weekly overtime paid after 44 hours - £18.01 per hour
- Post 12 weeks Bi-weekly overtime paid after 88 hours - £21.62 per hour

Production Operatives work full-time on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with the following hours of work available:

- 5am to 5pm
- 7:30am to 7:30pm
- 5pm to 5am
- 7:30pm to 7:30am

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative at this site you will be working with your team on a production line, cutting, grading and packing food products to requirements.

You will also package and box products ready for distribution to some of the major supermarket chains across the UK.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Production Operative must have a certain level of physical fitness as this role involves standing at your place on the production line and preparing raw ingredients as per the recipe. This is a chilled environment. The line moves at speed, therefore repetitive motion is required in the manufacturing of goods.

No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training will be provided.

However, if you have previous experience working in a factory environment as a Warehouse Operative or as a Picker/Packer, this could be a suitable role for you.
