Are you a passionate Technical Leader ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

• Lead and inspire the Quality Assurance (QA) and Hygiene teams, developing talent through coaching, clear objectives, and succession planning.
• Be an integral part of the site senior leadership team, helping shape and deliver the site's quality and operational strategy.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, customer codes of practice, and industry standards (including BRCGS, Red Tractor, and retailer standards).
• Oversee and lead third‑party audits, customer visits, and ensure robust HACCP and TACCP systems are in place.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Group Technical teams to maintain the highest standards of raw material and product quality.
• Manage and report against key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement through data‑led analysis and root‑cause investigations.
• Champion a proactive quality culture across the site, making food safety everyone's responsibility.

• Proven experience in Technical and Food Safety Management within Produce or Food Manufacturing.
• Relevant HACCP and Food Safety qualifications (Level 3 or above).
• A strong understanding of BRCGS, retailer codes of practice, and other industry standards.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams.
• A strong operational mindset and commercial awareness to balance quality with business objectives.
