. We’re seeking a Production Planner to join their dynamic Production Department — an integral role focused on planning, performance improvement, and operational excellence.

As a Production Planner, you’ll be at the heart of production performance, ensuring factory-wide throughput and workflow are optimised across all sections. This is a varied, fast-paced position where analytical thinking meets hands‑on teamwork — ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys influencing performance at every level.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and monitoring daily production performance across the factory.
• Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing improvement measures.
• Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure quality standards and output targets are achieved.
• Conducting performance reviews and updating skills matrices based on real‑time data.
• Supporting management with accurate, timely performance reporting and insights.
• Engaging, motivating, and developing team members to drive continuous success.

We’re looking for a dependable and proactive professional with a keen eye for performance, data, and process improvement. You’ll combine strong organisational and people skills with a drive for excellence.

• Target‑driven, forward‑thinking, and quality‑focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working across teams to deliver results.
• Committed to health & safety and high operational standards.
• NVQ in Engineering Manufacture / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship.
• GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C or above).
• Computer literacy, ideally with formal training or certification.
