Head Nurse

We’re on the lookout for a Head Nurse to lead our fabulous nursing team at our Lincoln Surgery. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team and lead our colleagues in consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service.

We’re looking for someone with a good level of clinical experience who is confident, self‑motivated, engaging and keen to support the professional development of all our RVNs, students and VCAs.

Our Head Nurse salary is starting from £33,000 (DOE). The required working pattern is 4 days a week, working 9 hour shifts, duty nights and 1:4 weekends.
