Description:

A well-established GP surgery is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team for a long-term, part-time position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for flexible working hours, with the option to choose your preferred days and start/finish times. The surgery is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and is looking for a motivated and dedicated nurse to support their clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

* General treatment room duties, including:

* Asthma reviews and management

* Diabetes management

* COPD reviews and management

* Cervical smears

* Vaccinations & immunisations

* Strong patient care focus, ensuring a high standard of clinical service.

* Collaborating effectively with the rest of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Requirements:

* At least 6 months’ GP surgery experience within the UK.

* Proficient in using System One.

* Experience in the management of chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, COPD).

* Must be flexible with days and working hours.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
