Join our dynamic Product Quality team in Lincoln as a Quality Engineer, where your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring our Small Gas Turbine (SGT) products meet the highest quality standards. You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Imagine being at the forefront of quality assurance, analysing data to identify trends, and participating in the design of innovative products.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyse data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the design and development of new products to ensure quality standards are met from the outset.
What You Bring
  • You have an NVQ level 4 to 5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • An auditor qualification is essential for this role.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma, is required.
  • You are proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools, including SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
