Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring that all products and processes meet quality standards (from development through to production phases of the products lifecycle).
The successful candidate will support the design to delivery of high-reliability electronics products in an environment with stringent controls and meet strict customer and regulatory standards. Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve Quality Management Systems and educate and mentor all colleagues on quality compliance.
Duties- Leading root cause Analysis / corrective actions with cross-functional teams using structured problem-solving tools
- Training of colleagues in quality-related fields
- Performing Internal quality and product audits
- Working with the product / process owner on improvements thereafter
