Salary - Rates of pay from 12.82ph to 13.22ph depending on store location

Hours of Work - 24 hours a week

As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft you will be supporting the management team and helping to drive sales alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service.

• Operating the till and accurately handling cash credit / debit cards and gift card transactions
• Overseeing operations including merchandising goods in warehouse operations and duty management responsibilities
• Supporting and coaching our new colleagues
• Co‑ordinating the workload of colleagues
• Answering customer enquiries

• A minimum of 1 year previous retail experience is essential (managerial or supervisory roles will be advantageous)
• Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others
• Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customers needs
• High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
