Customer Development Manager – PIB Group

We’re looking for Customer Development Managers to join our growing team.

Experience in B2B sales and account management is required.

Basic salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.

• Represent Let Alliance and Home Let as part of Barbon Insurance Group Ltd for a group of accounts in your region.
• Actively engage with customers to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
• Demonstrate a consistent increase in sales of our key product range to support overall budget targets.
• Identify areas for growth within your customer base and collaborate with customers to ensure they are utilising all products and services we offer.
