Job description :

• Initiate calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads, including existing customers targeted for cross / up‑selling, prior customers, and potential new customers.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relations by providing prompt and accurate services.
• Proactively sell targeted products / services as part of customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions that match Forterro’s offerings.
• Work towards sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Respond to customer‑initiated calls to activate services, request changes in products / services, and resolve any product, service, or billing issues.
• Keep track of customer interactions and follow up to close sales effectively.
