We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our clients sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and new business development, especially in the B2B space.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business through B2B telesales, building strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold-calling, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships, driving revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation :
Proactively identify and contact new business prospects through B2B telesales efforts. - Cold Calling :
Confidently approach potential clients to introduce our products and services, turning cold calls into warm business relationships. - Sales Pipeline Management :
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely responses to prospects. - Target Achievement :
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving new business acquisition. - Relationship Building :
Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Market Research :
Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. - Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a business development or telesales role, ideally within B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive approach to selling.
- Target-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
