A day in the life of a Sales Manager at Spicerhaart Land & New Homes- Attend branch morning meetings and hold ring out/sprint sessions with the estate agency team.
- Check all registrations, viewings, valuations, vendor contacts and mortgage appointments from the previous day.
- Follow up on all referrals and ensure feedback is given to site.
- Identify opportunities for new business, contacting applicants following appointments to offer New Homes where applicable.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Land & New Homes Department using our branch databases to call applicants, book viewings and agree sales for the New Homes developments as well as securing new referral sites.
- Lead, motivate, train and manage the residential teams.
- Oversee the sales progression.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, internal departments such as financial services, legal, estate agency team, etc.
- Complete weekly reports for clients.
- Willingness to continuously develop yourself and your negotiators.
- Strong track record on achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience in managing a similar role.
- Estate agency or new homes experience required.
- Develop and build on B2B relationships, maximise group revenue, oversee quality of instructions made through your consultants and deliver on the New Homes budget.
Basic annual salary of £25,000
On-Target Earnings of £50,000+

- 8% commission for direct sales.
- 3% commission on every estate agency sale across Felicity J. Lord.

- Maintaining relationships with developers, new homes purchasers and construction site personnel.
- Collaborating with your peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships whilst also identifying opportunities for referrals.
- Doing an excellent job, not just for you, but for the team and most importantly, your client.
- Taking accountability for your KPIs, income cost and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.
- Keeping many plates spinning, mastering multitasking and excelling at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
- Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal and engage with your audience to maximise your reach.
