Job Overview

PET1 Retail Security Officer at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services (Mitie). Protect customers’ property, people and assets by following Assignment Instructions, meet or exceed key performance indicators, and continue self‑development through required training.

• Protect property, people and assets by following Assignment Instructions.
• Meet or exceed KPI/ SLA, full responsibility and accountability.
• Complete required training and continue self‑development.

• Complete all required competency training.
• Follow additional training directives from the Security Account Manager.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before expiry.

• Report hazards immediately.
• Stay alert to threats; involve others if needed.
• Maintain professional conduct with difficult customers.
• Document incidents promptly.
• Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and client.
• Conduct check calls as per Assignment Instructions.
• Call emergency services and Communication Centre for incidents.

• SIA Licence.
• SC Clearance desirable.
