Hours: 4 on 4 off, 07:00–19:00 / 19:00-07:00

Salary:
Up to £31,536.96 + overtime available

We’re Pro Ampac Lincoln, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of flexible packaging, and we’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Warehouse Operative to join our team. If you’ve got a valid counterbalance forklift licence and a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect opportunity to kick off 2026 with a role you’ll love.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team helping to keep our warehouse running smoothly. From loading and unloading goods to keeping stock organised and the space tidy, your role will be key to keeping everything moving.

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
• Organising and rotating stock
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
• Reporting any damaged or missing items
• Using the bailer and managing waste streams
• Following procedures to keep operations running smoothly
• Supporting warehouse operations using management systems (if experienced)
• Assisting with team coordination and oversight (if supervisory experience is present)

We’re after someone who’s reliable, organised and takes pride in their work. A positive attitude and good timekeeping are essential. You’ll need a valid counterbalance forklift licence, and ideally a flexi truck licence or willingness to train.

Warehouse experience is preferred (around a year), and experience with warehouse management systems or team supervision is a big plus.
