Product Manager – Telecoms / Datacoms (Test & Measurement)

Linlithgow (Hybrid)

This is not a generalist product role. We’re hiring a Product Manager with deep domain experience in telecoms, datacoms, or network infrastructure to take ownership of highly technical test & measurement solutions used by global network operators, hyperscalers, and equipment manufacturers. If your background is B2B SaaS apps, digital platforms, or pure software delivery, this role will not be the right fit.

• Telecoms & Datacoms infrastructure
• 4G / 5G networks (Core, RAN, transport)
• Ethernet / IP networking
• Network timing, synchronisation, performance, or validation
• Bringing technical products to market (GTM) in complex engineering environments

• Product strategy, vision, and roadmap for technical test solutions
• Customer discovery with network operators, equipment vendors, and partners
• Translating complex technical requirements into clear development priorities
• Go-to-market strategy, positioning, and value messaging
• Supporting sales, product demos, and representing the business at industry events

This is a hands‑on, technical product role; you’ll need to be comfortable engaging directly with engineers and technically sophisticated customers.

• 5+ years in Product Management (or closely related product leadership role)
• Strong industry experience in telecoms, datacoms, networking, or test & measurement
• Proven ownership of technical product roadmaps & GTM
• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Comfortable with international travel (~25%)
