Product Manager
Camlin Energy is a global technology leader that brings revolutionary products to life for a wide range of industries, including power and rail, and has interests in several R&D projects across scientific sectors. We operate in over 20 countries worldwide and are looking for a Product Manager to focus on daily operations and product enablement. The role involves validating and communicating new product features to internal and external stakeholders, monitoring user experience, supporting product trials and implementation projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

- Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmap
- Collaborate with Product Owners in defining and documenting new features
- Work with internal stakeholders to support delivery of new features and perform acceptance testing
- Aid the service support teams and lead incident response and management
- Actively engage with stakeholders and industry to communicate product capabilities and best practice
- Provide insights into product usage to help identify features that could be improved or deprecated
- Proactively engage with service support teams to identify areas where product supportability and implementation can be improved
- Evaluate tender specifications and define the best solution working with the sales team to provide customers with the most effective configuration of the product
- Follow the delivery of complex projects transitioning the offer into delivery, providing support and instruction to the Global Service Department team
- Experience as a product manager with a background in software engineering
- Experience delivering products to customers in the Energy sector (e.g., Network Management, Flexibility, Asset Management)
- Experience with modern cloud‑based web applications and platforms
- Technically minded with a passion for solving complex issues
- Customer focused and eager to learn what drives value for customers
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking to stakeholders
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experience working with agile methodologies in a multi‑team environment
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
