Junior Quantity Surveyor

Growing Fit-out Contractor. High-End Projects Your new company Hays are currently working with an Interiors Fit-out Contractor in their recruitment of a Junior Quantity Surveyor. Based in Lisburn, this business has unparalleled expertise in its sector and work with leading brands across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they now require a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Your new role Working with the design, tendering and delivery teams, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of a range of interior fitout projects. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will ensure the projects are delivered on programme and within budget. What you'll need to succeed You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 1 year's experience, in a building or fit-out environment.
