Join the Team at Rosevale Lodge Care Home where compassion meets excellence. Located beside the scenic River Lagan and minutes from Lisburn town centre, this purpose-built facility offers specialist care for up to 68 residents living with dementia.
Rosevale Lodge is divided into two dedicated units:
Dementia Nursing & Dementia Residential, ensuring tailored, person-centred care that meets a wide range of needs.
You will pride yourself on providing high quality, person-centred care to our residents, fostering a welcoming environment where residents are treated with respect and dignity.
Main Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain a good quality of life.
- Help residents maintain independence where possible, encouraging involvement in activities.
- Assist with moving and handling residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Support the nursing and healthcare team by monitoring residents’ well‑being and reporting any changes in their health or behaviour.
- Follow care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents.

Full Time role. Please only apply if you can work full time hours.
8am-8pm or 8pm-8am

Required Criteria- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A good standard of oral and written English.
- A non-judgemental approach to others.
- Excellent communication skills with the compassion required to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
- Respectful towards residents and the values and beliefs of other team members.
- Educated to QCF/NVQ Level 2 is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous experience in health and social care preferred, although not essential as full training will be provided.
