Unlike traditional PMOs or transformation offices, the Growth Programs function:
Owns impact, not activity: programs must deliver measurable business results. Operates as an internal accelerator: deploying elite program managers to drive end-to-end transformations across functions. Bridges strategic intent and operational reality: connecting product, go-to-market, operations, and finance into a single value delivery engine. As a Growth Program Manager, youll be at the forefront of driving transformative change within Tungsten.
