• Loves meeting customers face‑to‑face (around two per day)
• Knows how to turn around a tricky relationship
• Is commercially savvy and consultative in approach

• Own and revive high‑risk customer accounts
• Uncover insights that help us serve better
• Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions

• £35,000 - £40,000 - OTE approx. £60,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
