Balloo Hire Centres are a leading provider of tool, plant, and welfare equipment hire for businesses and DIY needs in Northern Ireland. They are part of The Briggs Equipment Group, offering a local solution with corporate level support.

We have a new opportunity for a Plant Fitter to join our friendly team in Lisburn.

• Servicing and repairing a range of plant equipment in the workshop
• Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance and pre‑delivery inspection of equipment.
• Ensuring customer service is kept to a high level and any queries are addressed.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and all policies set out by customers and Balloo Hire.
• Ensuring parts are ordered in line with company policy to meet strict deadlines.
• Maintaining and developing customer relationships through high standards of service.

• Previous experience within a similar role.
• Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical principles.
• The ability to work independently.
• The ability to manage and prioritise workload.
