Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

THE EMPLOYER IS: NATURE AND NURTURE PLAY LTDWe are looking for a person to join our team and help us run our busy café and play area. Our business is an imaginary roleplay centre with a café. You will be working as a Team Member, providing excellent customer service, handling front-of-house tasks, checking in customers and taking bookings.

• Greeting and welcoming customers.
• Handling bookings on our online booking system.
• Take orders and use our till accurately.
• Make a variety of espresso based drinks (coffee training will be provided on the job).
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our café and play area.
• Assist in birthday parties and special events.

• Have GCSE Maths and English (grade C or equivalent).
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Barista skills, however coffee training will be provided on the job.
• Experience working in a team.
