From cult favourites to the latest viral must‑haves, you’ll share honest, expert advice and help customers find products that truly work for them while driving sales through genuine, feel‑good service.

• Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you’ll work across all premium/luxury beauty brands, offering expert, unbiased advice to customers and creating an exceptional in‑store experience.
• This is a sales‑based role with targets to meet. Performance is focused on teamwork—no individual commission—but you’ll receive up to £1,000 annually in product allowance for personal testing and recommendation.
• You’ll apply your sales and communication skills daily, engaging a variety of customers throughout the day.
• Maintain the premium beauty hall and makeup counters, ensuring all counters and testers are well stocked, cleaned and tidy.
• Access expert hands‑on training with premium brands in‑store and a comprehensive learning programme on our online platform.
• Attend our virtual and in‑person conferences to immerse in continued beauty education.
• Opportunities may arise to create social media content, support events, or contribute to exciting campaigns.

• Enthusiasm and passion for makeup, skincare and haircare.
• A warm, approachable manner and confidence to initiate conversations with customers.
• A drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Ability to thrive at pace.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
• A proactive approach to learning about new products, techniques and services.

• Experience working towards sales or targets in beauty retail.
• A creative flair or interest in social content.

You can progress within beauty to become a Senior Beauty Specialist or Beauty Assistant Manager, move into store leadership as a Store Manager, or join our Support Office.
