Day-to-day of the role:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IT/OT disciplines.
Troubleshoot and solve engineering/manufacturing challenges using proven techniques.
Support site development and the execution of capital projects.
Manage and prioritise maintenance activities with a strong focus on EHS, Food Safety, and production.
Control engineering spares stock and help reduce utility costs through continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, legal standards, calibrations, and safe systems of work.
Maintain 5S standards in the workshop and wider plant.
Keep accurate, timely records and support engineering audits.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Engineering qualifications/experience - desirable if within FMCG or the drinks industry but not essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP desirable) and confidence with Excel.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to balance individual initiative with team collaboration.
Calm under pressure with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
