What We're Looking For- Hands on experience working with light assembly, electronics, electrical products, manufacturing, quality control, electronics repair, electronics testing, or technical troubleshooting of consumer electronics
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP or database system for data entry and reporting

- Perform technical evaluations using test equipment, visual inspections, and diagnostic procedures
- Identify root causes and document findings accurately and on time
- Create and maintain root cause and resolution reporting.
- Track open quality issues and perform thorough follow through
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
