Job Title: Senior SQL Database Administrator Location: Little Rock, AR, USA

Mode: Onsite

Hourly pay: $30/hr

Experience: 5 - 7 years

This is a Senior SQL Database Administrator role responsible for end-to-end administration of SQL Server 2016/2022 and later, including installation, upgrades, patching, maintenance, security, auditing, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery to meet RPO/RTO. The role requires strong expertise in T‑SQL, performance tuning, ETL, SQL Server native tools like Profiler, Extended Events, DMVs, Always On, Linked Servers, and managing VLDBs and high‑transactional systems.

You will also handle Windows Server Administration, including building/maintaining Windows Servers & EC2 instances, Failover Clustering (WFCS), Power Shell scripting, endpoint protection, and storage management on AWS. Additional responsibilities include capacity planning, encryption, managing .NET components, web/app/file servers, and providing 24‑hour support for critical systems. Preferred skills include Gen Tax/FAST architecture, cloud, firewall, Active Directory, and security standards like PUB
1075/FIPS/PII.
